The Ads Measurement team charter covers Signals, Identity, Attribution, Performance Measurement, Brand Safety and 3rd party integrations. Our mission is to prove Reddit Ads value to advertisers and enable optimal performance delivery in a privacy-compliant environment. We are responsible for making sure that advertisers have confidence in the environment where the ad appears in.
Role description:
This opportunity provides a platform for high impact and personal growth. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work on unique product and technical challenges that will put you at the forefront of next-generation ads measurement products. Your work will directly contribute to growing Reddit’s advertising business.
In this role, you will lead highly cross-functional teams across Reddit Ads and Consumer functions. Your product strategy will drive long term revenue growth by making sure that our ads are shown in brand safe contexts that meet our advertisers expectations and industry standards. You will collaborate with our ML / NLP foundation teams to develop cutting-edge solutions for our tools, metrics and classification systems. In this role, you will also be responsible for some of the other key areas in Ads Measurement.
Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Reddit Ads product’s brand safety
- Work very closely with our Consumer and Safety teams on Brand Safety
- User your product management expertise to drive key Ads Measurement product initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Computer Science or closely related degree
- Ad-tech expertise with a solid understanding of the advertising business
- At least 3-5 years of product management experience, with clear product area leadership
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Proven track record of cross-org collaboration, for building and launching complex products with ambiguous requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Highly data driven across all aspects of product management
Preferred Skills:
- Brand Safety experience is a big plus
- Signals, Pixel and Attribution experience
- Experience building applied machine learning products
- MS or MBA
