We are now recruiting a production-savvy go-getter Senior Account Director to work on a high profile EMEA portfolio of a luxury range of spirits brands. The work is a mix of programme-based deliverables across owned channels, social, strategy and creative content production. In this lead client-facing position, you’ll work at the intersection of business and production to output high-fidelity strategy through to premium craft.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Account Director at the biggest creative production company on the planet, you are the first point of contact for a high profile luxury drinks and spirits client, who seek MediaMonks for the strategy, creative and production of their digital briefs.
  • Work as part of our fast-growing integrated team, and in turn continue to nurture and grow an ever-expanding client relationship in line with business and commercial objectives.
  • You’ll work side by side with your clients to engage new production projects from the start, proposing transformational solutions, assess the feasibility and driving change for your brands.
  • You manage a programme of projects alongside a Delivery Lead and Senior Producers, facilitating new opportunities and projects by connecting your team with the relevant Media.Monks capabilities (e.g. studio, social, tech).
  • You manage weekly internal meetings to monitor progress / escalations / opportunities for the EMEA region.
  • You act as a strategic partner who understands the client’s businesses inside out, supporting a roadmap / growth plan for continued success.
  • You are an incredible relationship builder and have ideally worked to deliver programmes for brands in the premium fashion and luxury industries. Ideally you’ve got experience from working within a strategy and creative lead agency.
  • Safeguarding and delivering against monthly revenue is key to the role, and you’ll support business development to make sure we hit targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities for new assignments that add value to all parties.
  • Responsible for EMEA growth targets and management of opportunities and SOW across all EMEA projects.
  • Reporting into Global Client Lead regularly providing status updates on regional performance and new business opportunities.



  • This senior role requires someone with 8-10 years experience managing business accounts in digital advertising or production and 5+ years in a lead role; you have a proven track record managing high-value and volumes of interdisciplinary work.
  • You can work in English at the highest professional level. Other languages a bonus.
  • You have a proven track record of winning business, upselling to established clients and building strong client relationships
  • You understand the nature of networked agency business, working with teams in offshore hub locations as and when required
  • You will have a passion for fashion & luxury and although your previous client list may not fully reflect that you will have a deep knowledge and/or appreciation for that industry. 
  • You have a keen understanding of the business objectives of global brands and are able to quickly fathom a project’s challenges and what needs to be achieved.
  • You don’t think in projects but in client partnerships.
  • In addition to broad production knowledge, you have an attention to detail when it comes to forecasts, budgets and reporting.
  • You have worked across integrated campaigns including social media, experience and e-commerce.
  • You are an outgoing, sociable individual, ready and are a strong team-player.
  • You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty and helping your team / colleagues across projects and workloads when necessary.
