We are seeking a high-potential Sales Development Enablement Analyst to help us scale our best-in-class Sales Development organization in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. The individual in this role will drive flawless execution of training and enablement programs that make our Sales Development Representatives more productive and efficient. This role will work directly with the Director of SDR Operations and Enablement, along with the APJ SDR Operations Manager and APJ Sales Development management team within Snowflake’s Marketing organization.

You might be a seasoned enablement professional looking to have impact at scale, a salesperson with a track record of enabling your peers, or a sales leader looking to transition into enablement. 


  • Have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, training or operations
    • Sales Development experience a plus
  • Have a passion for enabling others to reach their full potential
  • Can stay highly organized and execute autonomously on tasks
  • Enjoy hands-on coaching and training of sales talent in the art of prospecting and qualifying
  • Can demonstrate your ability to deliver on an enablement project plan, while proactively identifying and removing blockers to project success
  • Understand how to translate business process changes into meaningful documentation and training content
  • Have authored training materials, process documentation, or supported professional onboarding efforts 


  • Enablement
    • Lead and deliver onboarding program for regional SDR hires across our APJ teams
    • Analyze and refresh sales collateral, messaging, email templates, and other enablement material
    • Provide regular training and sales skill development to regional teams to ensure continuous SDR skill progression and promotion readiness
    • Align to the overall Field Sales Team enablement and training
    • Ensure SDRs are trained and updated on new product launches and Snowflake offerings
    • Author documentation and learning paths for new hire and in-seat SDRs 
  • Sales Process & Messaging
    • Own local strategy and messaging for the sales engagement platform (Outreach)
    • Conduct A/B testing on sequences including subject lines, content, and structure of sequences 
    • Respond to and resolve support tickets from individual contributors and managers across APJ
    • Author business process documentation in LucidChart, Google Slides, and Google Docs
  • Campaign Alignment
    • Own SDR enablement related to major marketing campaigns including Snowflake Summit and our Data for Breakfast series
    • Design and execute sales contests within specific SDR teams and across the broader APJ organization
    • Develop sales plays in conjunction with the Field Sales Enablement team and SDR leadership
