About the team

The Ecosystem Risk Product Management team builds trust in the internet economy. We enable online businesses to start and grow seamlessly, while safeguarding the ecosystem of consumers, merchants, and financial partners against financial crimes and harmful schemes.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for user and industry enablement 
  • Deeply understand Stripe’s diverse user base and their nuanced business models
  • Build intuitive user experiences that help merchants get and stay compliant 
  • Make trade-offs across multiple complex dimensions
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, policy, and operations teams
  • Collaborate with other product teams to incorporate their requirements into our planning
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform strategy and measure success

Who you are

Minimum requirements

  • 8+ years in Product Management 
  • Consistent track record of leading ambitious and ambiguous projects
  • Obsession with product quality and an eye for design
  • Experience in highly-cross functional environments
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with Risk in financial services
