We’re global. We are the Identity & Access Management – Operations team! Our team is comprised of experts in the fields required to keep our platforms alive, and we are located in various offices around the world. We focus on the core services that allow our end users to reach and access what they need to do their jobs and strive to deliver the best end-user experience possible.
We work with a variety of platforms, integrating everything we can into one seamless experience be it on Mac, Windows or Linux OS platforms, GoDaddy users rely on us to ensure the tools they need to complete their day-to-day jobs are online, secure and reachable. Often, we try to work in the background to resolve issues before they happen, but we are there with a smile if an issue arises, to get things back how they should be!
Whenever we can we investigate the newest available technologies to ensure we are at the forefront of what we do, we’re the first to try out the newest platforms before they land in the environment!
What you'll get to do...
We architect, implement, monitor and maintain the core infrastructure that keeps our IAM Services and Platforms alive, enabling users globally to reach and use the tools they need to bring GoDaddy customer’s dreams to life, our core platforms are:
- OKTA (Other SSO providers can pop up)
- Active Directory (Legacy and Azure)
- PAM (CyberArk & HashiCorp Vault)
- IGA (SailPoint)

For this job in particular, our focus is on bringing the best technology for each use case into the environment in a safe, secure and reliable manner to ensure minimum impact to the business to allow users to continue being the best they can be!
Documentation and communication are key – We are constantly assessing anything we can do to improve on what we have, ensuring what we do have is running exactly how it should and making sure everyone has access to what they need. Our business relies on us because they know we can keep them up and running as well as bringing them the best-in-class technology required to do what they need to do. We need people on the team that will exude confidence, precision and transparency, all at once.
Your experience should include...
- 5+ years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM)
- Identity and access government (SailPoint) – attesting to privileged access our teams and accounts have and the whole user lifecycle from joiner, mover & leaver access
- Great communication skills
- Proficient English skills – both verbal and written
You might also have...
- Privileged access management platforms (CyberArk & HashiCorp Vault)
- Active Directory and network troubleshooting previous experience
- Okta certified professional
