Media.Monks is a digital-first marketing and advertising services company interlacing the dots across content, data & digital media and technology services. We’re looking for a rockstar Executive Assistant for direct support to two C-Suite level Executives.

As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be the primary go-to for the Executives to organize, assist with, facilitate and smoothly execute for the many needs of running a high growth business.  The successful candidate is one who exudes friendliness and a welcoming charm in every minute of the job.  Success is also one who is operationally accomplished, is highly resourceful, exhibits traits of seeing ahead of needs and enthusiastically jumps in to help out regardless of the task.  Not getting frazzled by pace, complexity and the many urgent and, at times unplanned tasks, actually defines you.   Sound like you?

Additionally, the ideal candidate is a go-getter who jumps on new opportunities and works fast and flexibly to get the job done.

The position is fully remote and working hours will be in PST.


  •  Management of multiple calendars including varying locations.
  • Assist in travel planning; domestic and international.  
  • Expense tracking and reconciliation.
  • Preparation of presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Manage a variety of ad hoc requests. 
  • Handle sensitive and confidential material and communications.

About You

The essentials:

  • An outstanding can-do attitude with a friendly disposition is an absolute must.  Humility, grace and kindness are essential. 
  • Prior experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant is essential.
  • Exhibited experience as one who sees the big picture, anticipates needs, provides solutions in advance of the problem and is a natural problem solver.
  • Proven as an indispensable member of the team,  with exemplary resourcefulness.  
  • A willingness to take on various tasks not necessarily typically expected for this type of role.  
  • A knack for figuring out and getting done things you have never done before
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal.
  • A natural inclination to go beyond what’s asked, to gain trust and respect, coupled with fantastic organizational skills.
  • An uncanny attention to detail.
  • Has been in a position requiring utmost discretion. 
  • An interest in marketing.

What We Offer

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range
$55,000$80,000 CAD
