In the Art Designer position, you’ll provide creative solutions (conceptualization, design, thinking and execution) for projects with high creative demand and a 360º environment. This is a role where you’ll partner with an entertainment, editorial, and popular culture company in their marketing campaigns for LATAM. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities.

In this role you will:

  • Generate, structure, develop narrative and execute ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Visual direction (design, graphics, assembly, art direction, execution, graphic localization).
  • Receive briefs and deliver proper ideas based on its needs.
  • Work closely with a copywriter in order to conceptualize solid ideas.
  • Think in movement; working closely with the animation and multimedia production team.
  • Presentation to clients and producers both in Spanish and English.
  • Produce the visual needs of the ideas.
  • Adapt assets based on local context.

You have to:

  • You have 1+ years of experience.
  • You have solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
  • Figma is desirable.
  • You know how to keep your files, layers, and folders super-organized, even if you’re a
  • creative mess outside of Photoshop.
  • You can take charge of small tasks independently, and take on bigger jobs with little
  • supervision.
  • You can contribute to different stages of the production process, from setting styles and
  • layouts to cutting formats and language versioning.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving, and coping with rapid change is required.
  • You’re always on the lookout for process efficiencies.
  • You can handle repetitive tasks and stay focused
  • You’re versed in English and production tricks.
  • You’re a clear communicator and are happy to work with designers from all over the world
