In this high-impact Consultant role, you'll lead an innovative and streamlined recruiting process. You'll find exceptional talent, anticipate business needs, and coach hiring managers to hire successfully through an inclusive lens.

You will:

  • Strategize & Research: Develop a recruiting strategy to expand our talent pools, ensuring a diverse range of candidates for both short- and long-term needs. Use deep sourcing techniques to identify strong talent and relay market insights to refine your recruiting strategy.
  • Partner: Work directly with your team and hiring managers as true partners to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs. Coach and advise based on your growing knowledge of niche markets, compensation, and the competitive landscape.
  • Evaluate: Participate in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing, offering, negotiating, and closing candidates. Ensure candidates understand and embrace our unique market opportunity.
  • Prioritize: Manage multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with providing a great candidate experience. Use your judgment to organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.

You are:

  • A Talent Scout Ninja: Quick to understand the business, assess talent, calibrate competencies, and read between the lines. You pride yourself on finding the best fit for every role.
  • Experienced: 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a SaaS or technology company, with expertise recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and other Business focused roles.
  • Highly Organized: You possess expert-level knowledge of recruiting tools, specializing in leveraging advanced tools to optimize and streamline the recruitment process.
  • A Sourcing and Process Management Expert: You are highly skilled at sourcing top talent and running a stellar recruitment process.
  • DEIB Trained: You understand the importance of how recruiting influences the inclusion and diversity landscape of a company, creating flexibility and impact.
  • Self-Motivated, Driven, and Empathetic: You seek solutions, drive impact, and approach challenges with compassion.
  • Curious: You dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile, researching market trends and domain technology. You seek out information to have a solid understanding of the business. You ask for feedback and aim for 360 growth.

Compensation:

Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

This is a contract role with potential for contract - to - hire, based on the needs of the business.
