The Role:

As an Associate Media Specialist at Media.Monks you will work with our stellar team to support clients with their digital media endeavors. This is a consultative role advising clients on ways to harness different technology solutions, and optimise their digital media performance to drive long-term value and manage their media campaigns. Technology is outpacing our clients’ abilities to adopt and implement these tools so they look to our team for our strategic knowledge of the digital space coupled with our platform know-how to bring results.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign design & management within advanced programmatic advertising platforms for display, mobile, social, video, analytics, ad serving, and creative design
  • Data analysis for reporting and optimizing advertising campaigns
  • Providing analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings
  • Development of campaign, marketing, sales, and operational materials and best practices for internal teams and clients
  • Supporting sales team with pre-sales and marketing efforts
  • Managing strategic initiatives to improve the business processes and operations as we continue to grow at a rapid pace

What you bring to it:

  • 1-3 years experience executing Programmatic or Social campaigns in a technology company or end-advertiser. 
  • GMP knowledge is a huge plus, specifically CM360 and DV360
  • Strong data analysis abilities
  • Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, and discover and test new ideas
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and fun startup environment
  • Desire to build a company up from an early stage
