As a Media Strategy Director you will contribute to the development and execution of digital media strategies in collaboration with strategy and insight leads, creative teams, and clients. Your role will involve planning and implementing paid social strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and tactical plan. You will be responsible for executing campaigns accurately and timely, monitoring performance, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights that drive maximum return on investment (ROI) in digital and paid social campaigns. Drawing on your understanding of audience demographics, you will actively contribute to campaign development and optimizations. Additionally, you will work closely with the producers to ensure proper media placement and maintain partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with strategy and insight leads, creative teams, and clients to contribute to the development of optimal digital strategies tailored to each title or project.
  • Execute the tactical aspects of digital campaigns and manage teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign launch and execution.
  • Plan and implement paid social strategies across various platforms, aligning them with the overall strategy and tactical plan.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of these strategies.
  • Organize tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in digital and paid social campaigns.
  • Apply audience demographic profiles to inform campaign development and optimizations.
  • Support high-level optimizations and strategies to improve the digital impact of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team on reporting, insights organization, and client communication in alignment with strategy and other media leads. 


  • 1-3 years of experience in paid digital media.
  • Strong expertise in social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop digital strategies tailored to specific titles or projects.
  • Proficiency in creating and planning paid social strategies across various platforms, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to organize tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to optimize digital and paid social campaigns.
  • Understanding of audience demographic profiles and the ability to apply this knowledge to campaign development and optimizations.
  • Proven track record in managing optimizations and strategies to improve the digital impact of campaigns.
