The Inbound Team is the first team our new customers interact with when they want to know more about Hover. The Inbound Team handles our inbound demand to provide our customers a path to purchasing Hover. This team is primarily focused on providing a fantastic, educational, and mutually profitable customer experience for the thousands of customers who reach out to talk to sales each year.
You will contribute by :
Working directly with our customers, you will answer all inbound sales channels while maintaining a level-headed and helpful attitude under pressure. You will apply creative problem solving and critical thinking to solve customer pain points and then pivot those discussions into sales conversations. You will be super responsive to customer inquiries, resolving issues as fast as possible -all while asking the right questions, demonstrating strong negotiating skills, and having the ability to showcase our offerings in compelling ways. As you grow your skills, you'll have the opportunity to work on new and innovative projects and experiments to drive business impact.
Your background includes:
- Experience in high volume sales with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A curious, natural problem solver who learns new processes quickly and efficiently
- A positive and self-motivated attitude with a desire to continuously improve
- A plus, but not required, experience within the construction industry

Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles. This role is based out of our New York City Hub.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$94,000 annual OTE. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
